The Healing Concept and Discussion

The Healing was a very special project to me. It was the first time I felt like I finally discovered a sonic palette that felt like home. I remember the fever dream of producing, writing, recording, mixing and mastering all of the songs one after another in this flow of creativity I still get amazed by. It was an experience like no other and that's when I really realized that I wanted musical creation to be a lifelong passion project, irregardless of external acknowledgement and validation. The act of creating brought my soul the peace and healing it had been missing for long; it was filling me with substance, confidence, growth, belief, and fulfilled dreams. The Healing is when I decided I wanted to do everything I could to share this feeling with the world. I wanted the world to experience the power of healing through creative introspection. Even as a listener, my goal was for this project to inspire the listener to have their own personal creative narrative and relationship with the amalgamation of frequencies and words they were perceiving. I wanted to make something that was less about musical conventions and more about the musical experience. The life experience.
